Sailing solo? All rates are based on double occupancy, so a single occupant pays as if two — you may as well bring someone with you. You can add a guest at any time for a small amount of government taxes and fees.
Your rate includes more than $1,835 in amenities and group experiences:
1. Deposit on booking — $500 double or solo, $750 triple, $1,000 quad.
2. $1,000 per cabin charged January 5, 2027.
3. Final balance charged the week of May 5, 2027.
Deposits refundable for 30 days — or until January 5, 2027 with insurance.
Gratuities of $18.50–$21.00 per person per day are charged by Royal Caribbean at check-in.

Friday, September 3rd to Sunday, September 12th, 2027. We open with a two-day conference in Rome on September 3rd and 4th, then sail Sunday, September 5th to Sunday, September 12th — round-trip from Rome (Civitavecchia) aboard Royal Caribbean’s Odyssey of the Seas. Ports of call: Thira/Santorini, Mykonos, Kusadasi in Turkey, and Naples.
Per person, based on double occupancy: Inside $1,999 · Oceanview $2,299 · Balcony Oceanview $2,499 · Junior Suite $3,499. Third and fourth guests in the same cabin are just $699 each. Every rate includes all port charges, government taxes and fees of $423.15 per person, plus all Sail to Speak & Scale conference fees and group events — more than $1,835 in value. Gratuities of $18.50 to $21.00 per person per day are charged separately by Royal Caribbean at check-in.
Three payments. Your deposit at booking — $500 for double occupancy or a solo cabin, $750 for triple, $1,000 for quad. A second payment of $1,000 per cabin is charged on January 5th, 2027. Final balances are charged the week of May 5th, 2027.
Deposits are refundable for 30 days. After that, you may transfer your reservation to someone of your choosing, who assumes your balance and participates in your place. If you add Allianz travel insurance at the time of booking, the cancellation period extends to January 5th, 2027. Half-cabin shares are non-refundable, since your roommate is depending on you to split the costs.
Absolutely. All rates are based on double occupancy, so as a solo occupant you pay as if two — which is exactly why you may as well bring someone with you. Don’t know who’s joining you yet? You can add a guest at any time for a small amount of government taxes and fees, or keep the cabin all to yourself and enjoy.

That’s the point. You’ll be in a private Facebook group with your shipmates long before we sail, your cabin will be on a preferred deck near the rest of the group, and there are seven open-seating round robin dinners specifically so you meet everyone.
